Your first visit helps establish an important foundation for your ongoing dental care. During this appointment, we will review your health history, gather important background information, discuss any dental concerns, and give you the opportunity to get to know our staff and office.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurance plans, flexible spending accounts (FSAs), and HSA cards. To discuss payment options or insurance coverage, please call (517) 552-9210.
To make your first visit more convenient, we offer patient forms online. Please select the appropriate form(s), print them, complete them at your own pace, and bring them with you to your appointment. Completing your paperwork in advance helps save time and ensures a smoother visit.
