About Stines Family Dentistry
Dr. Alfred Stines
Dr. Alfred Stines has been practicing dentistry for more than 42 years. He graduated from the University of Detroit in 1968 and completed his Maxillofacial Prosthodontics Residency at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine.
Dr. Stines is an active member of both the American Dental Association (ADA) and the Michigan Dental Association (MDA).
He lives in Howell with his wife and enjoys staying active through exercise. Much of his time is devoted to the George Stines Foundation and its mission in Haiti. For more than 30 years, Dr. Stines has personally funded efforts to build and support healthcare clinics throughout Haiti.
Today, Dr. Stines owns and operates three clinics in Haiti, located in Pétion-Ville, Port-au-Prince, and Jacmel.
Dr. Michelle Stines
Dr. Michelle Stines is a 1997 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. She is an active member of both the Michigan Dental Association (MDA) and the American Dental Association (ADA).
Dr. Michelle has two children and travels to Haiti approximately four times each year with her family to provide dental care to underserved communities.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time with her family.
